Recipe for Hard Scrambled Eggs

- Two huge eggs
Instructions
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
The eggs are cracked into the skillet.
After the whites have started to set, break the yolks with a wooden spoon or spatula. The whites and yolks are combined briefly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring approximately every 30 seconds, until the whites and the yolk are completely set and dry.
Eat after transferring to a platter.
