**Ingredients:**

  • - 1 whole chicken (about 4-5 pounds)
  • - 2 lemons, halved
  • - 4-5 garlic cloves, crushed
  • - 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • - 1 teaspoon paprika
  • - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - Fresh parsley, for garnish

**For the Lemon Herb Butter:**

  • - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • - Zest of 1 lemon
  • - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • - Salt and black pepper, to taste

**Instructions:**

1. **Preheat the Oven:**

   - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. **Prepare the Lemon Herb Butter:**

   - In a bowl, combine the softened butter with lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Set aside.

3. **Prepare the Chicken:**

   - Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Season the cavity of the chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stuff the cavity with lemon halves, crushed garlic cloves, and fresh rosemary.
