Hunan Chicken

Recipe of Hunan Chicken 



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 tablespoons of split canola oil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, each divided into one "pieces
  • 1 "minced pieces of ginger
  • 1 big head of broccoli, divided into little florets
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 4 to 6 dried peppers
  • Sherry, two tablespoons
  • Low-sodium soy sauce, 1/4 cup
  • Cornstarch, 1 teaspoon
  • Bamboleo, two tablespoons
  • Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon
  • Rice to be served
DIRECTIONS

Heat 2 tbsp canola oil in a big pan over medium heat. Chicken should be added and cooked for 7 minutes before being removed from the pan.

In the same pan, heat the remaining canola oil. After cooking the ginger for one minute until it becomes aromatic, add the broccoli, bell pepper, and red chilies. Cook for 5 minutes or until veggies are soft.

Sherry, soy sauce, cornstarch, sambal oelek, and sesame oil should all be combined in a small basin. Add to pan and cook for 3 minutes to thicken the sauce. Re-add the chicken to the pan and coat. Over rice, please.
