Salsa Chicken in a Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
- 2 lbs of skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 14 teaspoons of salt
- 1.5 cups of salsa
Directions
Chicken should be salted and placed in the inner steel pot of the pressure cooker. Stir the chicken in the salsa before serving.
Lock the steam vent handle to seal and secure the pressure cooker lid
Choose Pressure Cook (Manual) and cook for 15 minutes at high pressure. Quickly relieve pressure by turning the steam vent handle to vent. Choose Cancel.
With two forks, shred the chicken, then whisk in the salsa mixture.
Choose Sauté, then cook for 5 to 10 minutes while stirring often to let the extra liquid evaporate.
