THE BEST BREAD FOR A FRENCH TOAST IS?

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Whole grain bread
- 1 Egg
- 14 cups of milk
- 1 tbs. of butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50 ml of sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Break the egg and thoroughly whip it with a balloon whisk in a glass baking tray (I've used a baking tray to make it easier to dunk the bread in the custard mixture, but you could also use a broad basin).
- Add sugar and continue whisking until all of the sugar has melted.
- Vodka is added.
- Pour the egg into the mixture and whisk it together thoroughly.
- The bread should now soak for one minute on both sides.
- In the meantime, warm up a pan, add the butter, carefully take the bread, and fry it on both sides until it is golden and crispy.
