INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pint of baby Bella or button mushrooms (stems removed and cleaned with a damp towel)
  • 12 brick softened organic cream cheese (4 oz)
  • 6 pieces of cooked and chopped uncured turkey bacon
INSTRUCTIONS

Set the oven to 350° F.

Fill each mushroom cap with a mixture of chopped bacon and cream cheese. The top should have a little mound.
