Keep this very easy-to-make glaze on hand so you can transform any kind of grilled or roasted meat, poultry, fish, or vegetable into a meal fit for the company. Ingredients
  • honey, 1/4 cup
  • 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce with a low salt content
  • a teaspoon of rice vinegar
  • a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
