Recipe for Roasted Mushrooms and Pearl Onions
When cooking our Beef Bourguignon, use this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds of stemmed tiny cremini mushrooms (halved if large)
- 1 1/2 cups of thawed frozen pearl onions, 8 ounces.
- Olive oil, 1 tbsp
- Salt that's been crushed and pepper
Directions
Set the oven's temperature to 425. Toss the mushrooms with the onions and oil on a wide-rimmed baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. About 30 minutes of roasting time, stirring halfway through, until fork-tender and browned.
