How to Make Over Easy Eggs

 How to Improve Simple Eggs

These over-easy eggs are also a favorite of mine. They make a quick, filling breakfast that just takes a few minutes to prepare. Eat them simple, put them on toast, or create a sandwich out of them. Eggs cooked to order are so adaptable!

How to Cook Eggs Over Easy

Your medium-sized skillet should be preheated over low heat.

Melt your butter in the pan after adding it.

Crack the eggs into a basin with care.

Gently pour the eggs into the pan after the butter has melted and started to bubble.

Add salt and pepper to the eggs, then cook them until the whites begin to firm.

Increase the heat to medium-high, then turn the eggs over. The easiest way to achieve this is to place a large turner spatula under the majority of the egg and a rubber spatula under the remaining portion.

Allow the egg to cook for a couple more minutes. The egg yolk will be less runny the longer it is cooked.

To prevent cracking the yolk, carefully put the egg onto your plate from the pan.
