 SHREDDED CHICKEN RECIPE FOR A SLOW COOKER


Simmering Pot The preparation of shredded chicken just takes a few minutes, and it may be used in a variety of recipes, including salads, sandwiches, soups, and main courses.

INGREDIENTS

4 substantial chicken breasts, mine weighing about 350g/12oz each VIRUE NOTE 1

Water or chicken stock, 125 ml (1/2 cup).

INSTRUCTIONS

In the slow cooker's bottom, put the chicken breasts. Over the chicken, pour the water (or chicken stock).

Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high.

Remove the chicken from the slow cooker, then use two forks to shred the meat while it's still warm.
