Recipe for a Skinny Strawberry Milkshake

- 1 cup of frozen strawberries, whole
- 1 cup of 2% milk
- Sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons
- One-half teaspoon of vanilla extract

PREPARATION
To thaw the frozen strawberries, add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse 8–10 times.
Blend the milkshake for one minute, or until it is perfectly smooth. Serve right away.
Produces two tiny milkshakes.
